Ventajas
If you like to be at a place where you breathe, think, eat all the time work this is the indicated company. The work is endless, so it’s good for learning things quickly, in a short time you will experience many things compared with other companies where their development process is more slow.
Desventajas
Overwhelming work many times(for instance, no planned work narrows the delivery times), backend devs has to carry many responsibilities even sometimes those responsibilities are shared but you have to be the owner. Payment is so precarious compared to the REAL (nobody is gonna tell you the truth during your interviews) work you have to do.
