      Interesting problems Top of the line technology Dynamic and high pressure environment Internarnational visibility

      Desventajas

      No respect whatsoever for personal time Raises are only given when you quit the company, even though it is very deserved Raises are preferablu given to business heads’ buddies No benefits of any kind Extra hours are not paid and you are expected to be available 24/7

      We made a barometer to identify those things more Quantitative to estar the programs to fix it... as you sure know, rappi is in constant evolution and will fix ir :)

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
