Ventajas
Not your usual company! - all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, with many people interested in getting to know you, which always helps when you are brand new to a company. They have an open, approachable and accessible Senior Management and Exec Team, where your ideas are heard and responded to. If you are keen to progress, this will be nurtured and encouraged. Rant & Rave is without a doubt going places and they have already reached a lot of places The Brand is so strong now, and we have really strong brands that have joined the 'Raveolution'!!
Desventajas
Parking and traffic coming off Uni of Warwick Science park, my advice - cycle to work if you can!! Need to clear your social calendar to work here as lots always going on - not really a con though...?!? If you are looking for somewhere that provides static or paper benefits (e.g. private health, non-stat mat or sick pay), they are not there yet, but working on it, and there are other benefits that they do now, that are worth so much more!
