      Ventajas

      - Healthy work culture - Work Life balance - Fun work environment - Clear objectives and regular communication with the whole team - Autonomy to propose ideas/suggestions and execute them - Freedom to express your interest in different areas and try them out (experiment with working in different departments)

      Desventajas

      Not really a con but being a relatively small company, certain processes and documentation are still in progress so you'll need to learn to adapt to changes.

      Ventajas

      The bosses were awesome and never once micro managed. Was a fun and fast paced working environment. I learnt a lot from this role and was able to explore multiple business functions(sales/ops/partnerships) and had ownership in my work. The boss, Elbert took time to coach and mentor which i really appreciate!

      Desventajas

      not really much, learning curve may be steep for some
