      Ventajas

      Being a part of the Ransack team has exposed me to many new opportunities. The team leaders here value my opinions and interests and everyone's inputs are heard. The team leaders would work hand in hand with me by giving me the option to explore and try out other roles. It is a small team here but everyone is super welcoming. Other than the team, they put in effort in creating a office space that is not only conducive but super cosy!

      Ventajas

      The bosses were awesome and never once micro managed. Was a fun and fast paced working environment. I learnt a lot from this role and was able to explore multiple business functions(sales/ops/partnerships) and had ownership in my work. The boss, Elbert took time to coach and mentor which i really appreciate!

      Desventajas

      not really much, learning curve may be steep for some
