      -Takes all their candidates through a quality process to make sure that they fulfill all the candidate's needs - Have built life long relationships with all of their clients -Make sure their employees are ALWAYS happy -Everyone on the team is collaborative and happy to help each other -Very Responsive -Michael is the best with QA roles! -Roslyn with Back-end roles! -Mariana with Front End roles! -Darcie with Everything!

      Desventajas

      No cons what so ever. I'm excited to see how big this company goes!

      - Company is willing to train you on the huge real that is technology - Environment is very family-oriented, everyone is treated with respect and equality - Company usually has non-work related activities which help the interaction in a remote environment strengthening coworker relationship - Flexible schedule / Zero micromanagement - Company has a great mission / vision and strongly values their employees

      Desventajas

      - I find no cons in working with them
