Ventajas

Privately owned. Still small. Rare company perks such as event tickets, 401k for everyone even if you are unable to contribute.

Desventajas

Management will set you up for failure and you generally don't find out you've been set up until they target you. Management thrives on highlighting failures by identifying the issues and highlighting those issues with the employees' names on a daily report rather than focusing on the positive reinforcements.

Ventajas

Ranfac has been around as long as they have for a reason. They are continuously improving and take great care of their employees - from a total rewards program, training and continuing education. Plenty of growth opportunity in a family-like atmosphere.

Desventajas

The company has core values of accountability, adaptability and respect. If you don't possess these qualities, it may not be a good fit.

Ventajas

Ranfac is a great company to work for. Ranfac is family owned and offers many perks including tickets to sporting events, company cookouts, free snacks, monthly birthday cakes, and bagels on Fridays. Ranfac rewards employees with generous annual bonuses, and treats every employee like family. Offers above average health care package and a 401K with matched contributions, as well as company paid short and long term disability and life insurance.

Desventajas

Lots of changes, although they are necessary to accommodate growth and to thrive in an ever-changing industry. Fewer paid holidays than most companies which can make it difficult for families with small children. Vacation time is limited to 3 weeks per year. Most employers (in my experience) offer up to 6 weeks per year to long term employees.
