Ventajas
The people, the projects, the stability, and the shared work ethic amongst staff are all positives in my experience here so far. As the company grows, opportunities to be part of something big are available everywhere you look. Randa is a global enterprise with the small company "everyone knows each other" kind of vibe. It's nice when the owner comes through the office (any of the many offices) and he knows who people are. That's a big plus compared to a majority of corporations.
Desventajas
Growth, and high performance sometimes lead to departments being short of staff to accomplish everything needed. Some short-term stress in that situation, but management hears, understands, and makes adjustments where necessary to help the people succeed.
