We want to foster a working environment that encourages extended tenures and we are proud to say that in the last year we've had a 5.8% turnover rate (average).
In November 2022, we regrettably had to make reductions in our headcount to ensure we continue to run a sustainable business and as with many companies we had to refine our plans given the macro economic headwinds at the time. We are proud to share that over the last 12 months, we've increased our headcount by over 20% in support of our growth trajectory.
We can assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of toxicity, discrimination or harassment as this goes against our core values.
