Desventajas
Putting GC in charge of HR was an epic fail. Complete neglect, inexperience, empty words about having an open management style, and punitive attitude chased away, fired, or stressed out/sent on medical leave - all full time knowledgeable staff and replaced with untrained jr level contractors which are left to deal with a "house of cards". Morale throughout the company is at an all time low due to this mismanagement. Rambus has now officially become an employment revolving door across all business units and globally.
