1. Work can be physically and mentally exhausting, especially during busy shifts. 2. Incompetent Scheduling 3. Management doesn’t know how to communication and never clear or supportive. 4. High stress situations when dealing with difficult customers. 5. Limited opportunities for growth or advancement depending on the store, a lot of favoritism and if you don’t be a yes man then you most likely won’t grow
