The number of initiatives that have come off recently by the Foundation and it's increasing number of applicants from just a below 100 in 2011 (when it started) to 1500+ applicants in 2013 speaks for itself on what this Foundation is all about. The participation from the students of top Universities like IIM's, IIT's, DU, SRCC and the official collaboration with these Universities show the trust the Foundation have gained in just a few years! The Foundation has certain difficulties in finding right people as any other NGO or for that matter, any start-up company would have. It will need to sort out certain norms and place a firm organization in structure with right people.
