Ventajas
1) you can get opportunity to work on new technology in your domain. 2) if you carry a learning spirit,it is a best job for you. 3) If you do some innovative use of existing technology,you can get chance to visit abroad by attending various conferences and seminars. 4) No strict time bound targets. 5) Its a government job so there is a job security and complete central government facilities like 100% medical coverage ,free schooling for children and LTC . 6) 5 day working in a week. 7) Big campus established in a completely natural environment with residential ,good sports facilities. 8) No caste based reservation exists in getting job here.Selection and promotion here is totally based on merit and talent.
Desventajas
1) Salary is comparatively little less as compared to public sectors employees in the grade.But it is a purely a learning job rather than operational and maintenance job .So for persons with high learning aptitude,its not a bad job. 2) Its is a non-transferable job.So if you are looking for a transfer in your hometown after the few years of job then its not possible here.
