      Ventajas

      1. Every employee is really friendly including the management as well, 2. Very cool working environment, 3. Low Stress, 4. Work from Home Facility, 5. Quarterly Bonuses based on performance, 6. Good Increments based on performance, 7. Profit Sharing for employees, 8. If you're looking for stability in your career, this is the best option.

      Ventajas

      Leaving this company was the best career decision I ever made.

      Desventajas

      There isn't enough room to list them all. I'll highlight some that come to mind. Their tech stack is weak. The tooling is low budget at best. They expect you to be "on call" all the time. No compensation for the constant emergency after hours calls. They develop in production. I could go on and on.
