Desventajas
Health insurance plan was mediocre and expensive
Perhaps too many learning opportunities - you'll end up learning 3 different platforms for each type of software (example: for email marketing you'll have to weave between Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc). It's a lot of context switching.
Work-Life-Balance is "okay". It's a lot of work at times but it's stimulating and people are kind. I see this as a pro as well - it was invigorating.
