Everyone that works there is good people.

The hours can sometimes be exhausting. Should be expected, however, given the industry.

I've worked with the people at Ragnar for almost eight years now, the management is super down to earth and honest group of people. They'll push you to do good work, but they'll do it in a friendly way that helps you get better without dwelling on mistakes. Expect to be treated with respect, these are good people.

If you can't handle a company where precision and quality matters then it's probably best not to work here. They're nice people but they still expect quality work.
