Ventajas

I've worked in order management and customer service for over 10 years with 3 different companies. RageOn has provided me an opportunity to do what I am good at and allows me to grow even more by providing task and a freedom to make my own decisions to make the process better. Even during the interview stage, RageOn has given me the impression that it is an open door company that supports its employees by giving trust and transparency. I know I've made the right choice when I joined this company.

Desventajas

Due to the rate the company is growing, there is so much to do. The amount of work needed from each member of the team is quiet a lot. This is only relieved because the work environment is open and help is readily available.
