Ventajas

My colleagues on the sales floor, for the most part, were a great support system to have. We often bounced ideas off of each other and would help each other become better salespeople.

Desventajas

The colleagues on the showroom floor that weren't a great support system would often stir the pot and cause issues between management and other salespeople. There was a lot of stealing customers happening too.

Everyone is super nice and the owners are very kind and know your name which is not common for a dealership

Desventajas

having to work Saturdays, but there is free lunch
