Ventajas
This is only workaholic people. Who don't have families, no other goals, 24 hours working for company and no celebrations. Who can work weekend also. This is the best company for them.
Desventajas
We don't no when they will terminate employees. If you did not meet your targets they will deducted 15% salary every month. No standards policies, no appraisals & promotions. Incentives just for norm sake. If you want to resign better you resign once you got salary. You did not get your PF also in time. You should wait at least 6 months after you resign the company. No strong management. They change always rules for cost cutting. You should obey them.
