Ventajas

Opportunities to work on latest technologies mostly opensource. Great work life balance. Frequent onsite opportunities. Great place for freshers to start. Employees will really enjoy provisions like free food with multiple options and events like Codeathon, frequent team outings etc. Managers are very friendly and good listeners. They will also Internship programs in Radisys opens up an easy and better world to start their career. Flexibility to switch the technologies based on interest as Radisys have projects on various technologies like IOT, MEC, NFV, SDN, CLOUD, LTE, 5G etc. Radisys is kind of a place where you can learn, live and enjoy.

Desventajas

If amenities like GYM and cab is provided, it would have been better.
