Ventajas
The management is pretty hands off as long as you're doing a good job and getting positive numbers for the clients you're managing. I like being left alone without someone looking over my shoulder every 5 minutes. The team is all really sharp. They are super picky about hiring so we have a lot of A+ players here. I like that there is really no negativity. Everyone is good about helping everyone else out. At the end of the day we all want the clients we are managing to do well. It means we earn a bonus, or get promoted, and everyone is happy. I also like the trips we've done. We just got back from a fun one in Big Bear. We went skiing, zip line, massages, the whole thing. Lots of fun. A lot better than the last agency I worked at.
Desventajas
In the beginning when I first started (3 years ago) the managers were constantly second guessing me and challenging everything I did. I've been doing SEO for 8 years so that was annoying. Once they realized I knew my stuff they let me get my job done.
