Ventajas
- Many opportunities for learning and getting certifications - If you are in NL, you will probably get the best manager imaginable (there is only one for now) - Salary is alright - Good field to be in, there will be a lot of work in the future and a lot of skilled people needed - Good work life balance
Desventajas
- Quite chaotic, onboarding is a bit all over the place - No clear career paths - Very non-existent company culture - Mandatory 2 days at office at least - Slow moving big projects - No HR presence in NL - People continuously referred to as resources. To be honest, this should be the biggest descriptor of the company culture - Very sales oriented, no one seems to care about how the projects will actually be delivered, main point is to sell sell sell
