Ventajas
The people are great. The environment is fairly casual and laid back. The jobs are easy to perform. Great company to work for if you only want a job, not a career.
Desventajas
Unbalanced and unfair treatment - sales team is unjustly compensated and treated far better than any other department, despite justified complaints. Middle management is extremely weak - only allow for downward flow of communication. Compensation for non-sales is far below fair market value. The lower salary was attributed to the culture "perks" that no longer exist but the gap in salary remains.
