Overpaid for the company that they purchased to go public. Was great while going through the process of going through the IPO. The new CFO "Course Corrected" by nickel and diming by slowly chipping away at benefits, bonuses, commissions etc. Seemed like they where making it easy for people to find the door themselves so they didn't have to fire them or package them out.
