Ventajas
Great culture, people genuinely care and excellent career / training opportunities. Putting employees first and making a real effort to ensure that the environment is inclusive and welcoming is highly evident. You get the feeling working here (3+ years for me) that they want to things the right way.
Desventajas
I sometimes get the impression there can be a bit of a clique in senior management and people who have a long tenure. Opportunities appear to go to people who have worked here a long time, as opposed to those who might be a better fit.
