El grupo de personas que trabajan en la oficina es estupendo. Era como un ambiente familiar. La comisión era buena cuando subían las ventas. Extraño mucho estar aquí.
Desventajas
Cambió mucho a principios de año. Por ejemplo, la forma de pagar las comisiones. Trabajé allí durante 7 años y no me dieron un aumento cuando cambiaron la forma de pago. Las ventas a operadores comenzaron a costar $17 la hora y yo solo quería llegar a $20.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.
Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
