Flexible,easy work, flexible schedule, not hard

Desventajas

LOW PAY, only higher ups receive a raise that actually makes a difference, lacks diversity, lacks growth, lacks training, and absolutely no culture

Ventajas

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Desventajas

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Ventajas

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Desventajas

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
