Desventajas
Disconnected leadership. No accountability for poor-performing employees. High achievers will receive the same reviews and bonuses as the poor-performers, so no reason to go above and beyond. Some team leaders do very little and leave their workers to figure things out on their own and upper management just looks the other way.
