Close knit group of guys willing to help each other out. Pay is always right and on time. The owner makes great effort to keep his guys working regardless of market or industry demands. The 1099 setup is a plus with the new tax structure. I have used RWDY Consultants on several pipeline projects with great success. Professional, highly qualified consultants happy to help with whatever I needed. Proud to say I am now one of them!

Very little time off which I personally see as a plus.

RWDY is a great company to work through. The owner of the company is passionate about his consultants and his clients. Their method of payment is timely and always accurate and even in a slower economy they manage to continue providing work for their consultants due to an impeccable reputation in the industry.

The only possible con would be that the owner of the company is overworked and possibly doesn't have the right team in place on the office side of the business to assist in relieving some of the day to day duties that a president of a company shouldn't have to deal with.
