Nice coworkers, decent office, good coffee. COO is a decent guy, but unfortunately for him, he is powerless to make any real change.
Desventajas
Micro Management to the extreme! The CEO, Executive Chairwoman and CTO get every email sent to any group in the company. Heaven forbid they don't know everything at all times! What is even worse is they have no clue how to run a company that operates in the real world. The bought a crappy company and use that as an excuse why money is tight when the real reason is business is way down because of lack of new work or clients. The place will take everything from you, eat you up and then spit you out without a care but want loyalty from you in return. The positive review in January seems like an HR submission to make the company seem like a good place to work if you work hard, don't believe it.
