Ventajas
Lots of great people on the design team. Most are willing to help if needed. Money is decent if you decide to work every hour of your life away.
Desventajas
There's only one client that RTS gets their work from, and they're constantly willing to bend the knee to them. If incoming work is slow, then I hope you like twiddling your thumbs in the office without pay. If said client decides they want work done in a way that only makes it more difficult for you, then management will always let the designer shoulder the burden. They will increase your work load while finding ways to not pay you for that extra work until when things get really bad, then they'll add a couple of cents and pretend they did you a favor. Meanwhile, your deadlines have not and never will be adjusted. Management sees no issue with you working from sunrise to midnight. They do not value your time and your personal life. Most software used for design here is proprietary and is horribly outdated. Don't expect to see it elsewhere unless that company also works for the same client.
