We appreciate this reviewer taking time to share comments about their experience at RTC. Thank you for sharing some “pros”. As for your “cons”, the recruitment process has definitely been slow in this tight labor market, but we are putting forth extra tools and feel we are making some headway recently. As for the heavy workload and high expectations, we’ll talk to managers to make sure this is being reviewed and addressed.

Ventajas

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Desventajas

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
