Ventajas
The employees, including individual contributors, mid-level managers, and a few directors. Pleasant work environment, good work-life balance, interesting projects. Good compensation and benefits and good reward and recognition program. I'm giving it three stars instead of two because I liked my fellow employees so much and have made some life-long friends there. I gave a thumbs up to Art Coviello, but he's not really running the company anymore.
Desventajas
Lack of vision and direction, which has led to low morale and serious attrition as more and more employees become discouraged and confused about where the company is going. The only RSA product that's had real success is SecurID. Whenever the company doesn't make its goals, its first action is to lay people off. It's all about making money for the investors and the guys at the top. But that's the norm at big companies now.
