Including ineffective and absent individual contributors into management where they continue that pattern. - Due to absent management many processes that could have been standardized and streamlined remain antiquated and extend the sales process. - Unclear role, RSA support is understaffed so management has said SEs will have to step up and act as technical support for existing customers. Formerly we just focused on getting the technical win for sales. - High turnover, especially of experienced personnel. - Lack of effective training for a lot of new personnel.
