Ventajas
RPost is a "build your own adventure" kind of company. I got to develop my own career, tailored to my skills, strengths and interests, and at the same time was able to develop new skills, strengths and interests. The room for growth is virtually limitless, and management is quick to see talent and encourage growth. I reported and worked more closely to the CEO, and also worked with the VP of Product and VP of Finance. I have nothing but words of praise and appreciation for the level of professionalism, energy, drive, innovation, agility that make RPost a challenging, exciting, demanding and dynamic place to work.
Desventajas
RPost can feel disorganized and rushed, often prioritizing results over processes. If you are happy creating processes, are a strategic thinker, and enjoy fast paced environments, and constant innovation, RPost is just the right place for you. If you prefer simply doing as told, not thinking for yourself, and just following instructions, I guess you can still succeed at RPost, but would be missing a huge opportunity that few companies can offer so generously as RPost.
