Ventajas
Good benefits and able to purchase shares for the company. Team was very good and extremely helpful with issues that I had whilst working.
Desventajas
Some companies have 37.5 hour work weeks whilst RPS have 40 hour work weeks. Although 40 hours may be the standard for most companies, 37.5 hours is a lot more favourable.
