In my opinion, management is stuck in the 70s-80s with style and there is Zero trust with employees. From my experience, you’ll get micromanaged every day with little to no involvement and the communication does not just lack with new hires but is non existent. From my experience, do not expect to be valued or communicated with until you have been there 2+ years. Company culture is the worst I have ever experience. In my opinion, managers ands leaders are authoritarian, small minded, and arrogant. I think the culture breeds laziness within departments and resentment between departments. There seemed to be a relativity high amount of turnover in most entry level engineering roles here compared to other companies I have worked for and like many others, I regret working choosing to work here.
