The commission structure looks good on paper but don't be fooled.

They make it should like you'll be making big money, but the reality is completely different. The sales quotas are ridiculous, and the product isn't even competitive, making it nearly impossible to hit targets. Instead of supporting their team, they guilt-trip people into working long hours with no reward. The moment you start struggling, you're replaced. It's nothing but a churn-and-burn operation.

I still get frustrated just thinking about my time there. Management's attitudes were unbearable, and the owner seemed to live in a world where basic respect didn’t exist. People quit so often that I stopped learning new names because it wasn’t worth the effort. It’s a place built on gaslighting and manipulation, where they’ll praise you one minute and throw you under the bus the next. No one can take the constant chaos and blame-shifting. HR is useless, leadership is disconnected, and the entire company feels stuck in a time warp. You can tell integrity is optional here, and the only thing consistent is the toxicity.
