Amazing company with great pay, great people, and great benefits. The pacing and ortho departments are run well and very supportive. It was a pleasure to work there.

The only con I have is a complete lack of training and support, this was only after I switched departments.

good benefits most of the floor people are excellent and easy to get along with.

horrible management. upper management doesn't understand cutting metal. they only understand numbers and bottom line. they push down the chain of command to make processes faster than capable. the machinist at this company does way to much. you will be deburring parts, running the machine and making offsets, inspecting your parts completely. on two machines at least. management is also talking about making people run 3 machines. they also follow the buddy system unless you get in with middle management don't expect to move up. they pay is not very good as well.
