Desventajas
In my view, there are companies where HR is typically in place to safeguard the overall well-being of the organization. However, it appears that in this case, this HR is primarily focused on safeguarding themself, with little regard for the company's best interests. From my experience, the HR at this company has gained notoriety for publicly criticizing women during meetings, while avoiding such behavior with her male counterparts, which could be addressed in a more professional one-on-one setting or by leaving commentary to yourself. Despite being confronted, HR maintains that they are never in the wrong and refuses to apologize because they are a "panther." It seems the executive team is fully aware of this leader's poor leadership style, which is causing team members to leave, yet they choose to turn a blind eye, including the CEO. Stay tuned to see if anyone comments here, they're usually the rowdy or confused replies. Woof!
