Ventajas

They strive to offer a "small-business" culture, and a work environment that encourages employees to engage with each other on a personal level.

Desventajas

The pay, and transparency to some degree. I think that RJG, as they grow, should strive to meet industry standards for compensation, and not let "a view of the bay for half the pay" excuse below average wages.
