Coworkers were good close-knit group. Bonding over poor management choices.

Desventajas

No possibility of advancement. Sales oriented company with disregard, even contempt, toward administrative staff. Benefits steadily wittled away. No accountability. Morale low. Weak pay structure. Company missed income projections in 2024 and upper management seems to be panicing. Creating general constriction across the board.

- Everyone is very kind and welcoming - After working retail customer service for years, it is very refreshing to work a customer service job that has consistent hours and a great team to help support you.

- Some of the software we have to use to work, tend to have issues but that comes with most jobs that use any kind of software
