      Ventajas

      Has one of the few robotics labs in the US. Lots of robots to learn and program. Focused on software side of robotics that is largely needed for product building.

      Desventajas

      Does not cover mechanical side of robotics. Course structure is quite limited and does not have many options to broaden the learning.

      Ventajas

      Good benefits, free tuition, good 401k matching, social culture is diverse and welcoming.

      Desventajas

      Leadership is not held accountable, understaffing is the norm, so work is overloaded, staff is grossly underpaid held to more account than leadership, processes take insanely long due to understaffing / work overload. Staff just generally treated less than no upward mobility for staff positions
