      Mission, location, friendly co-workers and ok pay

      Desventajas

      Although this organization has a great mission they do not have opportunities for growth or development. Leadership is not diverse and there is a ton of favoritism. Out of the entire org there is approx 2 minorities. If growth and diversity is what you are looking for this organization is not the place for you

      Relaxed Dress Code, Hybrid, Located Near Union Station, Understanding Managers, Great Co-Workers

      Desventajas

      Have to get creative with your promotion path. Constant change in leadership and team structures. Have to use PTO for sick days. Small office space. Lots of unstandardized procedures that need to be documented. Information silos.
