Ventajas
Your co-workers are your best asset because you are all in this nightmare together and rely on each other to stay positive. If you can keep each other in a positive mindset you will all appreciate what you are trying to accomplish.
Desventajas
No input from the resident base, no infrastructure expenditures, employees are expendable like I have never seen before. Expected to take calls 24 hours a day and extremely punitive in nature. It is run by fear. When others state to not do it, it really means do not do it. Your life work balance will never be the same again. You will never hear good job, just hammered into the ground for the simplest mistake. Do yourself and your family a favor and work somewhere else.
