      Ventajas

      Small close nit family environment, direct access to the CEO. They try hard to please the customer. I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

      Desventajas

      Small company does not allow for a lot of growth. They generate a lot of LPTA contracts, which means salaries aren't great, but they have great expectations. Benefits could be better.

      Ventajas

      The Rancher technology is amazing for helping with the mission.

      Desventajas

      Dysfunctional management. CEO hired his buddies, who are ineffective, and left. CEO didn't want to make the necessary changes for real growth. Good people left due the mismanagement.
