You gain experience with a company with pull

Desventajas

Pay is terrible. They take a huge chunk of your pay check. PTO is the worst thing about working here. You get 1 week for year 1 and when the companies you’re working for have holidays, most of the time RFA doesn’t count it as a holiday. So you go unpaid or have to take PTO for the company you’re working for holiday. It’s terrible. Especially during the winter close between Christmas and New Years. All your coworkers get vacation for a week and you either have to take PTO (which is already super limited) or go unpaid for a week. It’s terrible. Don’t work here if you can avoid it. They really need to change the PTO policy.

Thank you for the review, and I am sorry you don't feel your pay is adequate. Unfortunately some of the companies we work for have very tight budgets and we need to fall within them. As is our policy, you were given an offer with pay and benefits detailed out, at which point you could have not accepted the job if it wasn't up to your standard. We also cannot control what our clients do with respect to time off. We do our best to consider this when making decisions, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them all. Additionally, many of our clients go onto shut-down at different times of year and force their employees to use PTO as well.
