Ventajas

Great support and great benefits. They really care whether or not you're satisfied with your work environment and reward you monetarily for hard work. If you are successful here, you will be rewarded. Additionally, it makes for really great opportunities within the companies that RFA contracts out to, as well as providing a "trial run" with those companies to make sure they are the right thing for you.

Desventajas

Applies to John Deere Contract positions only: Much of the work is entry level, with the expectation that you may get hired at John Deere if you prove yourself in the contract position. This leads to work that is sometimes less than rewarding.
