Ventajas
Having been with RDP for over 10 years, it's very quick for everyone to know who is writing this review. I'm writing it because I believe RDP needs to be given the recognition it deserves. RDP is a passionate and very proud producer of promotional merchandise to the Film & Entertainment Industry. The product designed and developed is carefully thought out and delivered to the highest standard. The service RDP provides is why RDP has had the same client base for over 20 years. In regard to my role and my development at RDP, I have been tremendously supported from an Account Manager to Senior AM, to AD. I have been supported through two pregnancies, a relocation and given the flexibility to be a mum and still have a career. I have travelled the world allowing me to see our clients in a face to environment and I have been supported when things don't go to plan. I have been given the autonomy to hire a fantastic team that each bring a different set of skills and previous work history.
Desventajas
Salespeople have come and gone, usually because they lack the ability to be able to identify a real opportunity. Anyone that has been with RDP for a length of time, have been successful because they can see that hard and smart working is the key to delivering measurable results.
