RDI has grown a great deal over the last few years, allowing employees to work with great clients. RDI goes out of their way to provide outings and in work activities to keep employees engaged.
Desventajas
RDI is a constantly changing landscape. If there is a change of responsibilities, schedule, or the program someone is working on, someone might not know until the day of the change. This information is generally gained through other employees rather than officially through the company. The lack of clarification can make it difficult for someone to adjust their personal time around what is needed from them.
